Things to Keep in mind “Before” Treatment

PATIENT PARENTS HAVE TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE care OF THIS THING THAT -

Whenever you start treatment of a patient

 at your home PERSONALLY by me (Dr.)

  Before that you should keep in Mind the

                   Following things.

So that PATIENT can get the best Results

                RELATED TO HEALTH.

For Example - 

◆ Give full details about the patient's illness in detail.

◆ If a patient has any allergy, then definitely give information about that.

◆ If a patient has undergone any treatment before, then give full details about that and also tell what was the result after the treatment.

◆ Give information about how long a patient is suffering from this health related problem.

◆ If there is more than one health related problem, then give details of that as well.

◆ Especially - if you have ever undergone treatment through surgery in the past?

Then definitely give us information about that as well.

◆ If a patient has already undergone any major surgery, then give information about that.

◆ If a patient is currently undergoing treatment for any other illness, then give information about that.

 ◆ If you need more information about me (Dr.) or our work then talk about it openly.

◆ If you have any kind of doubt about your patient's health problem then talk to me openly about it.
